A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Dorsey graduated from the Baltimore School for the Arts and is currently a freshman at Johns Hopkins Peabody Institute. She was also a member of the Herbie Hancock Institute’s National Peer-to-Peer Quintet and Carnegie Hall’s NYO Jazz from 2020-2022.
